High-quality material: The flat tank is made of pollutant-free polyethylene (PE-LLD), which guarantees durability and resistance to various liquids such as water, domestic waste water and slurry or liquid manure.
Innovative design: Thanks to the extra-flat design, the flat tank requires less excavation, which saves time and money. The compact shape also makes it easier to transport and install, even in hard-to-reach places.
Easy to install: The flat tank is supplied ready for connection and pre-assembled, including a height-adjustable manhole and walk-on cover. Three pre-assembled connections (DN 110) enable simple installation.
Environmentally friendly and recyclable: The tank is 100% recyclable and is partly made from recycled plastic, making it particularly environmentally friendly.

Delivery procedure
Please note:
Our flat tanks including the respective accessories* are always delivered by a forwarding agent using a lorry.
When you place your order, you will first receive an e-mail with the order confirmation. One to two working days later, we will send you an order confirmation, on which you will find the expected delivery week - unless you have ordered in advance: Then the expected delivery date is approximately 10 working days (Mon-Fri) after receipt of payment.
One of our forwarding agents will usually contact you 1-2 working days before the actual delivery date - for this we need your telephone number - ideally your mobile phone number. The tank is unloaded "free kerbside" - the recipient provides unloading assistance (in the form of 1-2 people). The recipient is responsible for the remaining journey to the final location of the tank**.
It may happen that our goods are delivered by a large lorry (7.5-40 tonne lorry). Therefore, please inform us during the order process (comment field in the order step "Finalise order") about the circumstances of the delivery address or access restrictions; this is necessary for planning the delivery and can no longer be taken into account on the delivery day itself! In the event of non-compliance, we will have to pass on any additional costs to you!
If your delivery address cannot be reached even with a light lorry, you must collect the tank yourself (from the road that can no longer be driven on).
Please also note that there is no delivery on weekends and public holidays.
* The accessories (e.g. dome + cover) can be on another packaging unit/pallet, but also directly in the container/tank. If you order accessories or covers individually, they are usually shipped separately by parcel service.
** Please refer to the product description for the weight of your tank. You will need personal or mechanical assistance to transport your tank.
ATTENTION: In the event of delays during delivery, any additional costs incurred (hire of equipment) cannot be claimed against us/the seller.
Liability for transport damage
Please check the goods for any transport damage on receipt. The carrier, not the manufacturer or supplier, is liable for transport damage. Transport damage reported after acceptance of the goods can no longer be claimed. If the packaging is damaged, the goods must be unpacked immediately in the presence of the deliverer in order to determine any damage, which must be reported to the carrier in writing.
