Shipping costs

Deliveries to Germany:

We charge a flat rate of €4.90 (incl. VAT) per order within Germany.

From an order value of € 100.00 (incl. VAT) we deliver free of charge.

For the dispatch of bulky goods (freight forwarding) we charge as follows:
approx. € 113.05 (incl. VAT). VAT) per Euro pallet

Bulky goods are labelled as such in the item description.


Deliveries within the European Union:

We calculate the shipping costs per order within the European Union at a flat rate as follows:

Zone 1: € 7.92 (excl. VAT); free shipping from € 250 gross value of goods
Zone 2: €11.92 (excl. VAT); free shipping from €350 gross value of goods
Zone 3: 15,92 € (excl. VAT); free shipping from € 450 gross value of goods

Zone 1: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic
Zone 2: Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary
Zone 3: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus


Deliveries outside the European Union:

Parcel shipments outside the European Union are charged by DHL International Premium according to weight and delivery zone (prices excl. VAT):

Zone 1: €26.18 per parcel + €1.19 per kilogramme
Zone 2: €15.23 per parcel + €1.19 per kilogramme
Zone 3: €24.87 per parcel + €2.26 per kilogramme
Zone 4: €29.33 per parcel + €3.33 per kilogramme
Zone 5: €33.92 per parcel + €7.14 per kilogramme
Zone 6: €43.44 per parcel + €9.52 per kilogramme

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 14 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
