For storage of rainwater. Seamlessly made of environmentally friendly and physiologically harmless polyethylene. The solid wall thickness guarantees durability and frost resistance in winter.
The storage volume of a STABILIX rainwater barrel is 500 litres and can be extended by connecting several STABILIX rainwater barrels. The opaque colouring prevents algae formation. The screwable safety lid prevents fly and mosquito breeding
The rain barrel comes with a brass fitting for the connection of the enclosed water outlet tap or alternatively the connection can be used to connect a free-standing external pump.
Thanks to its compact dimensions (ø 70 cm), the rain barrel fits through the cellar door and can therefore also be used for domestic purposes.
The garden rainwater collector GRS, which is also part of the set, is installed in the downpipe. The installtion height can be choosen so that when the rain barrel is full, further rainwater is automatically diverted inside of the garden rainwater collector. The rain barrel cannot overflow.
The mesh size of the filter element of the garden rainwater collector is only 0.44 mm. All larger particles are automatically filtered out. This keeps the Stabilix and your rainwater clean. When ordering, please tell us the exact diameter of your downpipe in the comments field so that the garden rainwater collector will fit.
