Description
The retention regulator is designed for installation in rainwater storage tanks in order to control the release of water into the storm drain. The inflow filter is suspended from the float valve. This arrangement ensures that the pipes and tubes connected downstream never become clogged by debris and that water can flow at the selected rate into the storm drain.
The flexible connecting hose allows the float valve to move vertically with the water level in the tank. The hose material has been specially selected to ensure that the hose remains completely flexible and does not fracture or crack as it moves up and down in the water. The water is released into the storm drain through a restricted outlet pipe bung DN 100.
