To prevent dust formation by the vehicles, the gravel track in the area of the start and finish straight is irrigated with rainwater. Along the 220 m long section in front of the clubhouse, 16 automatic sprinklers are installed for this purpose. The system is operated by MSC Schlüchtern in Hesse. It is used by the ADAC, among others.
In addition, the toilet facilities in the clubhouse are supplied with rainwater.
